As the Acquisition Consultant & Program Manager for AcqCenter’s flagship solution, DecisionPoint, White is responsible for managing the design and ongoing development of the DecisionPoint solution, as well as providing acquisition consulting, training, and support services for client source selections in support of federal acquisitions. He advises contracting officers and provides guidance for the development and structure of source selection plans, RFPs, and other relevant acquisition documentation prior to and during source selections.

White has more than 20 years experience as an officer and member of the Army Acquisition Corps, research analyst, and program manager working for federal and commercial clients.  He has successfully supported a diverse range of federal and commercial acquisition and contracting projects.  He has held positions with the United States Army and BearingPoint.
