As the Program Manager for AcqCenter’s BIDS product, McKay is responsible for working with clients to ensure their Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) are advertised and accessible to the largest possible audience. He ensures that the expert evaluators review the submissions rapidly, completely and consistently.

McKay has over ten years experience working in information technology, the majority of the time leading system integration projects for the Federal Government. He spent the last six years developing and managing government grant management web sites, the largest of which controlled over one billion dollars in funding. His experiences with federal grants processes allow him to rapidly translate a client’s current process into an e-Grants compliant solution.

McKay has successfully led teams working for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), SAMHSA, as well as a number of Department of Defense customers.
