As the Technology Support Analyst for AcqCenter, Dunbar provides technical support to AcqCenter’s broad array of clients. Dunbar has more than four years of acquisition experience working with procurement departments from the U.S. military branches, and federal agencies such as Department of Defense’s Defense Information Systems Agency, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Census.  He has assisted on over 100 federal government source selections.  His experience ranges from helping to develop the source selection evaluation process, procurement software application user training, and guidance through the source selection evaluation to assisting with procurement award documentation.  Dunbar has supported some of the largest government contractors with the development of their proposal documents for submission to government agencies for evaluation.  His background also includes experience with the Federal Government’s Broad Agency Announcement process.
