Another outstanding acquisition reform and best practices research site.  The Virtual Library contains a collection of invaluable resources including the Office of Federal Procurement Policy’s Best Practices Guides plus those guides of other federal agencies (in the Policies section).  The Presolicitation section of the library contains more than two dozen market research sites.  There are also helpful professional development links as well as an open forum where you can enter into an online dialogue about your favorite acquisition topic.

There are many versions of the FAR on line, however, this is our favorite.  This site includes the DFARS and many other agency supplements to the FAR as well as archived versions and FACS and DACS.  The FARSearch tool allows rapid browsing to efficiently focus your acquisition research. 
Defense Acquisition University(DAU) Home-Page http://www.acq.osd.mil/dau An excellent source for training materials and opportunities for the acquisition workforce.  This site provides an online catalog and schedule for DAU’s course offerings.  Visit the ARCC – Acquisition Reform Communications Center for free acquisition reform training materials available on CD or videotape.
